When will the order be shipped?
We will arrange the shipment immediately upon receiving your order. If your order is placed over the weekend, please note that it is not because we are not processing shipments, but rather because the logistics companies are on break. The shipment will be processed on Monday.

You need to submit the brand and model of your hearing aid in the form on the right side. Please ensure your email address is correctly filled out, and we will get back to you.
